Ruby Urlings created this site as a primary part of her graduation project for the MA of Arts Design for Digital Cultures at the Utrecht School of the Arts, the Netherlands. The goal of this website is to aid (aspiring) game producers learning the basic steps of game production.
This site focuses at hard skills of game production, e.g. planning, scheduling and managing. Ruby’s thesis, which is the secondary part of her graduation project, shifts to game producer’s soft skills, e.g. coaching and motivating the team.
